Contractor License Express is owned and operated by Mike Palley. Mike was formerly with Contractor University. Mike has been in the trades for over 40 years and was a Journeyman Painter in the Union before becoming a Licensed C 33 Painting Contractor in 1980. In 2007 Mike became ill and retired from the daily operation of running his contracting business. If there is anyone that can help you get on the "Fast Track" to your Contractors License it is Mike.
